Ty and I are no-pressure, high-info, high-tech. We do everything we can to let you know what your options are - starting with the options of houses - then your options when making an offer - your options if something weird comes up - and if it comes down to it, your final options to close.

We won't tell you what to do, but along with the options, we'll let you know the likely outcomes to help you make your own decision.
