• We can organize your specific choices in color, tile, carpet, lighting, appliances, etc., and keep in contact with you and the builder to make sure everything is staying on track and on budget.

If you will be out of town during the building of your home:

• I will keep up with you and the builder through e-mail.

• I will take frequent videos and/or photos of the progress so you can see your new home come to life.
