"from Market Analysis to the Closing, we will walk
you through the process of selling your home and make every step as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible." But that's what everyone says.
You don't want your home "just listed," so what

How You'll Get Your Money's Worth
Out of Us
Maybe we should start with what you won't get.
With us, you won't get dark, blurry photos of
your home or the dreaded garage shot of the
front. You won't have REALTORS® whose
marketing plan is limited to keeping their fingers
crossed.
Of course we will view your home, provide a CMA
(Comparative Market Analysis) to help you
determine the price your home could sell for,
estimate your seller expenses and net proceeds,
walk you through the contract and disclosures,
take pictures, input your home in the MLS
(Multiple Listing Service) and add your home to the listings in the newspaper - the usual.
So how do we go beyond "just listed?"
- First, we use our photography skills to take
nice flattering photos of your home. (There
IS a difference.)
- Then we use our graphic design skills to
make custom flyers that portray an image
of quality, which will be available in the
brochure box on your yard sign.
- We give your home a lot of internet
exposure because "Homebuyers used the
Internet more than other media to search
for homes; Internet usage for searching was
71%, which was more than used newspapers (41%), home book or magazines (24%), television (17%)." (NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers 2003)
Ways we give your listings added exposure:
- We pay for SHOWCASE Listings on
Realtor.com. This is where many buyers
start their home search and our listings
stand out with attention-getting headlines, custom property descriptions, multiple photos (very important) and our contact information so buyers can ask us questions day or night.
- We make a web page about your home
on our site, KeyToEnid.com, which is
found by many people searching for
things about Enid - including houses.
- Our listings also show up on up to 18
other national web sites for buyers
to find your home.
Other ways to give you home exposure:
- The REALTORS® in our ERA Nicholas Real
Estate office may tour your home on the
Monday morning after we list it.
- An Open House is a great way to generate
interest and let potential buyers see your
home. These are on Sundays from 2:00-4:00.
- A Broker's Open is an Open House for
other REALTORS®. This lets them get
familiar with your property, making it more
likely they will match it up with one of their
buyers. We feed the REALTORS® so they
will come. These are lunch time on Tuesdays from 11:30-1:00.
